Playing from the highest point on the course this hole has spectacular views and is extremely difficult. Views over the Moray Firth to the Black Isle and beyond leave the visitor or local players with a desire to come back and play Nairn again. The tee shot can be anything from a long iron to a driver normally in a cross wind to a green that sheds the ball. A large gully runs through the green so three and four putts are common here. Great hole.
