After the previous three holes this hole at 309 yards looks like a bit of a respite. I’m afraid not. This is the tightest drive on the course. Only a straight drive will do. A long carry over heather and a very well placed bunker make it very difficult to drop down to an iron off the tee. From the fairway the second shot is very short to slightly raised green making it difficult to know whether to run it or throw it all the way up to the flag. This is always a birdie chance, but do not be surprised at the sixes and sevens here.
