A must-visit destination for golf aficionados
The Highlands of Scotland have always been a must-visit destination for golf aficionados with Royal Dornoch Golf Club long-ranked as one of the top 20 golf courses in the world and The Nairn Golf Club not far behind, placed firmly on the golfing map after hosting recent Walker Cup and Curtis Cup competitions. However, it is the addition of Castle Stuart Golf Links – located between the two ancient links courses – and the press attention it has attracted that has made the Highlands the most talked about destination in world golf.
Castle Stuart is the newest addition to the Highland golfing scene and has been home to the European Tour, Scottish Open from 2011-2013.
Three partner golf courses and four luxury hotels
Highland Golf Links is here to help those interested in visiting the Highland region, providing visitors with information on its three partner golf courses and luxury hotels as well as offering packages to take the strain out of planning that special golf vacation. The website also provides information on how to get to the Scottish Highlands and also what else the area has to offer away from the links.
